    Studying Architectural Technology and I was wondering does anyone know of any online databases with information on cladding, concrete, portal frames etc. What I'm really looking for is case studies. Can anyone offer some advice.

    Case studies of existing public/industrial buildings and systems. eg curtain walling, steel frame constructions etc.

    ive done architectural technology and believe me, there is no one internet site with details, sections etc. the best you can really hope for on the internet is say, if u want to research aluminium cladding, look at the manufacturers website - they should have some cad details for you

    Where are you studying, I know dit has case studies of various buildings and projects on the bulliten board.From your post i'd guess you are going into second year.
    Are you trying to research details of a construction type,
    or a type of construction and how it was use in a paticular building.
