Managing Underage Soccer Clubs

I'm starting this evening, managing Blessington U-11's. This is my first time doing anything of the sort. I'm unable to play myself this season because there's no U-18's team locally. I have a decent knowledge of how the game works, just wondering if anyone has any tips?
