    Just decided today i am going to take a place on the MBS in HRM and was wondering how hard it will be to get a room close enough to campus cos i dont fancy the comute from greystones.Is there a board in the college or anything like that?Any idea on how much a room would cost a week also?

    Also anyone else starting this course this year?

    I have heard great reports about DCU and lookng forward to a good year,bar the way the exams timetable is set up.You miss out on christmas:( but sure worse things have happened.

    Yeah, it shouldnt be too hard to find a room. Check the notice boards in the hub as there's usually plenty of offers. Or check daft for nearby areas

    I got a place in Shanowen, big estate across the road, i say there are loads of rooms for rent around there.

    Ok,thanks likerick dude...I havent even been out to check out the area yet to be honest...Too busy with work unfortunatly...How much is it costing you living there a week/month??

    costing me 110 a week.

    I know for a fact other rooms in my house are lik 85 a week but there absolutely tiny, my room is fairly big, i need my space!

    Thanks for the info, 110 a week is do able ok for a bit of space and plus i will probably only live there monday-friday.Ill get on the case now with a few phone calls.Thanks.
