Shuffle

    Hi all, Would appreciate any and all help. Recently got a shuffle, loaded some albums onto itunes from my cds. Itunes tells me that synchronisation is complete but when I plug headphones in and press play - nothing, no sound. Am not the most technologically gifted and hoping that it is not something wrong with shuffle, but with me that's to blame. Any ideas?

    This should be in PMP (Portable Music Players).

    When you play the albums in iTunes are you getting sound? And then when you copy them over to the shuffle there is no sound? Have you tried different headphones and all the obvious things like that?

    when i press play i am getting alternating green and amber lights which means, i think, that the songs are not actually transferring. the songs play fine from my laptop.
