Hey, just a question about gift grub, who does the voice of Jay? Just curious, I don't think it's Mario, is it?

Whoever it is seems to know an awful lot about Cork...

(what set me wondering was the sketch with Jay giving out to Eddie O'Sullivan & the rugby players over the Namibia match)

I think it's Eamon Fitzpatrick, he works at today fm and is married to Mairead Farell.

There's been some great World Cup-related Gift Grub sketches. Mario rocks :D

    Agreed.

"Butterfingers... Fifteen delicate biscuits guaranteed to crumble at the slightest touch"

Oh Mario, you never cease to amaze me.

Hear "Ladies Instead"? It's hilarious, but I also feel kind of sad when I listen to it :( His Eddie O'Sullivan is spot on!

The best has to be the Joe Duffy one where the caller has an insane fear of milk cartons. :)

    Ya, that's a mighty one...

I used only hear them sporadically before, if i was awake on time, or not on a bus or whatever, but since i've started downloading the podcasts i've heard all the recent ones... While some are slow & boring, the recent world cups ones are fantastic...:D

I have one of them on cd so that's the only ones I've heard.

One of my favourite sketches is all the RTE presenters in the back of the tazi singing Bohemian Rhapsody. Classic.
