    Hi all,

I was just wondering what are the implications of Jobseekers Allowance regarding contract work. A few friends are qualified and just of out college but cant get full time work but they *hopefully* have a small job 200-300 each * 2 to create a small business system.

Where do they stand. Obviously they have to report it to whatever department but after the job is over, maybe less than a week, do they have to reapply.

    Thanks in advance

Wel if the work is for a week, its unlikely the will have to reapply. They will get no payment for the weeks work but after that the payment should continue as normal.
