When I go to close this program, I get the following errors:

    1. First window: Mediahub.exe - Application Error
'The instruction at "0x0036aff8" referenced memory at........ The memory could not be written.

    Click OK....then...

    2. Second window: A similar message to the one above but with a different number sequence. e.g. 0x00000000

    Click OK....then...

    3. Third window: "Runtime Error! Program;....ommon Files\Sonic Shared\Sonic Central\Main\Mediahub.exe R6025 - pure virtual function call."

    Finally, clicking closes everything.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    D.

Is this happening on a Dell with Vista?

    Hi Cassiel,

    No, it's Dell with XP.

I've had the computer almost a year, but it only started happening yesterday.

Only happens with Roxio Creator LE Dell Edition, not with Roxio MyDVD LE.

I uninstalled all Roxio programs (including removing the Roxio folder from the Registry after the uninstallation) and then reinstalled. Same problem.

That said, the program appears to be working OK. I use it all the time for burning CDs/DVDs. But, like all these things, it's annoying.

    Any thoughts on a cure?

    Thanks.

Turns out this is a common problem. Incompatibility with WMP 11.
