He's an actor and part time poker player. Was in the fugitive, US marshals. Lee Jones is his surname. First name Tommy afaik

Weak-tight = players who plays tentatively and rarely commits chips without a strong hand. He/she usually sees monsters under the bed and assumes someone who is betting hard has a big hand.

Lee Jones was the PR/public face person for Pokerstars. He was good because unlike any other poker site he interacted with the players and listen to their wants. Big reason why Stars has good rep.

Weak = they are timid and call in situations where they should raise
Tight = they only play good starting hards or call when they have big hands
