Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Very difficult. Had a good CV so I did get to the interview stage but I got refused from all 4 :(

It's easier to get a job in them when the time comes, got offers from a few of them.

You're right, there are a lot more milkround positions than internships - I presume they must be quite hard to get into.

I know of a couple of interns around the office at the moment, and some of them really get shafted - ie. filing for the summer. Having said that, I guess you have to be a bit pro-active in seeking out more difficult work for yourself.

I'm sure some people were given a bit more responsiblity though?
