Buyer acting the dick on ebay!

    I had an auction for a phone im selling, an irish guy with 100% feedback won it, emailed to say i was going on hols soon and wanted to get it to him asap, he said fine ill pay tonight (friday) he didnt.

    a few more emails and then i get one today, ill pay tonight and the one an hour later saying sorry i cant complete this.

    i sent an email saying cheers for wasting my time and then posted a mutual cancel non pay thingy from ebay to get the fees back, he then replies to this immediately saying that he doesnt agree and either intends to pay or has already paid (must have been an option he ticked when responding)

    i emailed him immediately but not a sausage back,

    how can i get my fees credited now? i owe 9 quid because of the final price.

    Is there an option for you to file a non paying bidder complaint against him? If not, forward his email that he sent to you on to eBay support and let them know the buyer hasn't paid and is refusing to mutually withdraw from the sale.
