Quick OSX Terminal Question

Ok couldn't find anything on google to help me so perhaps you guys can sort me out. I know it's probably something stupid that I'm missing but I just got my first mac (macbook) last week and I'm still getting the hang of it.

I want to chage the default terminal colours from black on white to white on black. Could anyone tell me where I cna do it?

Go to window settings under terminal on the menu bar, then choose colour from the drop down menu.

White on mid-grey is actually a lot easier on your eyes.

I think you can set it in your .profile file as well, it's been a while since I did any of that stuff tho'.
