If your Sky dish is on your wall but goes into your next door garden i.e. side wall.

    Is that alright or wrong?

If it is wrong how much does it cost to move it?

technically its wrong. so it depends on your neighbours. aerials overhang all the time. but if your neighbour is giving you grief move it.
depends on the installer I would say between 80 and 100 euro.

Nobody living in the house yet.

Might get it moved just to save problems
