I have booked my Honeymoon over the weekend which is to New York in November. I remember somebody telling me a while back that my passport would have to be valid for at least 6 months after my arrival date in America or you will not be allowed in regardless if it is to be a short stay or not. Is this the case??? My passport is up for renewal in Febuary so should I get a new one before I travel??

Yea you will need to get a new one, aswell as that if your current one is a 10 year one you will need the new style passport in anyway to enter the US!

reckon i'll use the express service. They could take forever otherwise. I still have nine weeks but I wouldn't trust any of those offices to have it too me on time. I've heard to many horror stories.
