Can anyone remind me what the star hash command is for changing the delay on an O2 number before it diverts an unanswered call to voice mail? At the moment it's a piddling 15 secs -no good to anyone- and I can't remember how to change it. Last time (3 years ago) I rang O2 about this it took forever.

    I believe its **61*3538651234567**30#.

There might be either one or two stars after the phone number and the 30 refers to the number of seconds of course (30 max and has to be a multiple of 5)

if its a speakeasy number it won't work. You have to call them

    edit:just tried it there. Its **61* 3538651234567**30#

    Ta, knew you'd know! :-)

I remembered it was a 61 command, had forgotten the rest. Thanks.
