apparently George Gregan takes a mass intake of caffeine before each game , not sure if its tablets or red bull -- should a container of red bull be sent over to the irish team -- as it seams to have done mr. gregan no harm , best scrum half for eons , and plenty of energy

unlikely to be Red Bull, the caff content is relatively low, higher of tauren of whatever that shiite.

I've taken caff tabs various times over the years, be it for study, alertness, productivty or for workouts.

Strange thread, even for you thebaz :)

there seams to be a serious lack of sharpness/ alertness and most importantly energy abouth the current Irish team -- red bull even gives you wings :)

Might take a lucozda tablet or any other tablet full of glucose. Basically they keep your energy levels high during the 2nd half wont give you super human strength im afraid
