    How noisy is noisy?
    I was thinking of buying a 1tb hard drive to use with with my TV (and encoder) so i could store and watch all of my movies and music.

    Would the noise be very noticeable if it was used alongside a TV?

    Got one of these in Soundstore in Cork for €250 recently - they're the business and I haven't had a problem with the noise - I've been using it with a laptop displaying on a TV for watching movies & cartoons, and it's not been an issue...
