Transfer Emails from Outlook to another computer

I have a new laptop and want to transfer the emails on my old computer to the new one. They're both running Vista Business and using Office 2007. The problem is I don't want all the settings, just the actual emails. Is it possible?

Copy all your emails into a PST then add it as a data file?
