At the table 20minutes, nothing out of line so far bar the odd 3bet, villain has flat called raise oop in the last 2 orbits and thats bout it .

Paddy Power Aosta 0.50/1, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

    saw flop | saw showdown

    Button petaboy ($91.75)
    SB hero ($82)
    BB upcomingpro ($227.30)
    UTG Deyking ($102.40)
    UTG+1 ShipItDonkey ($120.65)
    CO hafaia ($98.50)

Preflop: hero is in the SB with 9heart.gif 9club.gif
4 folds, hero raises to 3, upcomingpro raises to 12, hero calls 9.50.

    Flop (26.00) Tclub.gif Qspade.gif Theart.gif
hero checks, upcomingpro bets 16, hero raises to 69

How often should i be making this move here?

in a re raised pot the flop bet is usually never as big in relation to the pot as it would be in a non 3 bet pot.

Just to add some substance, this is NOT a good flop for your hand. Ak has 13 outs, which is what you are praying he has.

guess i was going hollywood on that one without a solid read. no more drink for me :)

on a side note, i find 3/4 betting oop has become increasingly popular lately, 3/4 year ago it was not used half as much, thread on this would be helpful ty.

    What happened?
If the villian had AK or JJ you may see a fold?

i dont know what he had, 3 bet hand range at this level could be anything, maybe just gut feeling he 3bet with air so i shoved, get it wrong i reload. Again any threads on 3/4 betting appreciated as it is so frequent now.
