Weird 25nl hand, how would you play it?

UTG folds, MP calls $0.25, CO raises to $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, SB calls $0.40, BB folds, MP calls $0.25

Flop: ($2.25) A Q 5 (4 Players)
SB checks, MP checks, CO checks, Hero bets $1.00, SB calls $1.00, 2 folds

Turn: ($4.25) Q (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($4.25) Q (2 Players)
SB bets $3.50, Hero ???

I hit literally the worst card in the deck for me on the turn, then have the third nuts on the river with AA being highly unlikely. How would you have played it so far and what do you do on the river?

Fold PF.
Bet 2 on the flop. Turn check is fine, call river for a split, if he has a Q, off to BB sticky.

id fold pf, and bet more on the flop.

i call the river, can't see him calling a raise with anything you beat.

Normally I wouldn't play ace-5 in a raised pot pre flop, but I expected the SB and BB to call (They'd both been quite loose passive pre flop in the session so far) and the limper was never folding to another 25 cent so I was getting 4-1 and had the button so should have a good idea where I stand on an ace high flop, though as it happens the BB did fold.

I dont mind the call from the button PF as long as you can get away from an A high flop. Bet more on the flop, about $2

lol the exact opposite to what i said. checking the flop is pretty bad, esp at 25nl, you lose a ridic amount of value. Pushing river also makes no sense you wont push him off an ace.
