my pc was running fine until i plugged out the wrong plug in the wall.by accident i plugged out the psu(pc) plug.i then tryed to power up the pc again but it would not boot.it just powers up for about 3-4 seconds with no beep or vga signal.it cuts out after about 3-4 seconds and trys to reboot again with no avail.

i have tryed taking out the ram, gfx, sound card with no avail i just get the same problem.i also tryed a diff rent psu but with the same problem.

any ideas on how to fix this ?

Remove the BIOS battery and try booting.

Try shorting the clear CMOS jumper WHILE powering it up. Give it power while shorting the jumper for 5 secs.

Have you tried pulling everything from the board at the same time except the CPU. Try that if you havent and as a last resort, pull the CPU as well.

Does sound like something is fried though.
