Anywhere to get a job around campus or around the area or in commuting distance...

plenty of places, but whether or not they've vacancies is another thing.

on campus theres the bar (maybe!) and spar, within walking distance is eurospar/centra/the slipper and omni which has millions* of shops

and the bus into town is only about 25 mins where there'd be jobs going.

depends on how desperate you are, how much you will work for, when you can work...

Staff turnover in the airport is pretty high, could get a job out there, only 10-15 minutes away from dcu on the bus

Omni Shopping Centre could be a good option. The usual range of Tesco, Penneys, and loads of other shops. There is also a multiplex, McDonalds, Pizza Hut etc to choose from, and walking distance from DCU (10-15 mins).
