My 15K stack is nearly three times the average
MP1 has been quiet since I came to the table probably has some sort of a hand.
Button has been seeing a lot of cheap flops and been very aggressive post flop winning a good few small to medium pots by shoving and not getting called and other than that has shown marginal holdings to a couple of times before.

Is check calling the flop here really awful?
What to do now?

flop is pretty brutal.

I have trouble putting a very aggressive button on a full house here (J9 maybe), I would expect him to have JT or something a lot.

You forgot to bet/raise the flop. I hope you didn't forget to call the turn
