    Brother Pepe you seriously need to review your life choices at this juncture.
    We would hate you to take the wrong path now.

    If you feel an un-quenchable need for exercise and fitness you must take the "less travelled path". The late*, great, Larry LaPrise invented a low-impact, low-effort exercise plan which he called the "Hokey Kokey". You may have heard of it. Try it but don't over do it.


    *He sadly passed away last Tuesday, unfortunately the funeral was a disaster.It all started when the family tried to put the body in the coffin, they put the left leg in... and well you guess the rest...
