    Lads,

I'm sure this is in the wrong section (if such a section exists for this kinda thing).

I was just wondering how you would go about applying for a licence to build and open a kiosk like the O'Briens Sandwich kiosks you see on the street in places like Ballsbridge or the one on the grounds of the Square in Tallaght...

Anyone know any more about it? Just curious, thanks... oh, and Mods - feel free to move as approriate.

The Kiosk in Ballsbridge & the Kiosks in The Square are owned by property companies and they rent them out for periods of 5 - 20 years.

Basically check with commercial estate agents for availability and see what price they are charging.

Expect to pay €80,000+ per year for a kiosk in prime locations and then if you want an O'Briens sandwich operation you apply to O'briens and they will charge you xx for the priviledge! - And that's why your sandwich costs €6!
