    Hi,

Just wondering if there are any courses in Sligo that are worth visiting this weekend. I'll be looking to play tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

Been having a look at Enniscrone, looks very good so I'm gonna try that but it could be in demand, weekend and members and all that.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks.

Theres the ones that Trampas mentioned but they would be quite expensive.
    Both Links.

There is also a 9 hole that is quite nice in Rosses point called Bomore. Its €25 a round. If you go to the pro shop they'll explain how to get there!

    Theres also Castle Dargon (expensive)
There are two 9 hole courses - Ballymote & Tubbercurry - €20 a round and generally quiet! Both Parkland.

    Enjoy

Rossis point thats where they hold the west of ireland check out the 5th par 4 you tee off and the fairway is about 70 foot below you.
With a bit of luck you will be down wind. If you are into the wind say a prayer.

if you don't mind driving 35 mins, there is a fantastic course in Bundoran, Donegal.

    A real beauty

Rosses Pt yes. Enniscrone, absolutely. Try to get a slot.
Or go a lttle south over the border into Mayo - Carne - the golfing world's Himalayas. What an experience.
