I had serious trouble with Play recently. I had ordered 30 dvd's together (in 2 orders) and had to ring every week for 2 months, each time with them saying everything was fine and they'd send them out, it kept not working so they got me to fax a credit card statement which was fine, still never got processed so rang again. Again they said everything was fine but nothing happened. I checked with the bank and they said the account was in order and everything. Finally rang them again a few days after the sale i had bought them on was over and they told me that they had to be ordered in groups of 10 or less, which nobody had bothered to say at any point before. So i lost out on the good prices. Just reordered the ones that stayed the same price and went to Amazon for the rest.

This wasn't the first or last time i've dealt with them and the other times everything has been fine but that was just ridiculous. Anyone else have that problem of having to order 10 or less? There was a limit alright when i was selecting them on how much would fit in one order, which is the amount i ordered each time but no mention of a smaller, 10, limit..

I ordered 11 DVDs in one go last weekend and they've all been posted

I always order large amounts of dvds in one go. They all arrive individually wrapped which I imagine is to cut carriage costs....so with that in mind, I'd say the 10 or less thing is bull****.
And if they don't make that clear to you, then they have to go along with it I believe.
