CDWOW order delays

The last few orders I have placed with cdwow have been painfull, one took a month to ship and I am currently waiting on 3 other item, 2 weeks now. Does anyone know what is the problem with them lately. Also how do you cancel an order, I cannot see anything on the site.

I ordered two CD's around the end of May/early July and didn't receive them until recently. CD WOW were found guilty of avoiding tax (which they're appealing) and I think some of their suppliers are deserting them so they've been running around like headless chickens trying to fill their orders.

When I reported one of the CDs I ordered as late, they sent another one and I ended up with two. They only ever send out another if it hasn't arrived a certain number of days after they ship it, not after you've ordered it.

Suffice it to say I'm never using them again.

I ordered a game from them over three months ago. So far I have recieved 4 e-mails from them saying sorry for the delays. I have two other friends in the same position.

I won't be using them again, they have gone beyond the joke at this stage.

I have heard from a friend working at cdwow that all is changing now with new company owners, and delivery will be back to normal in days.

I read that on a similar thread so will hold out before ordering anything else. Last time I ordered a cd it took about 2 months to arrive.
