You have a couple of choices,

1 Upgrade to sky and loose other rooms
    2. Upgrade to sky and put up a terrestrial aerial or freesat box for other rooms for a once off charge to give people a choice in other rooms
3 Upgrade to sky, power other rooms from sky box to watch the same channel in them.

Cost factors depend on your home and ammount of work required
