Moved House and brought Sky Box

I recently moved house and brought my sky box and viewing card. There is a sky dish in my new house so I connected my sky box to the coax from the dish. I turned on the telly and everythign seemed ok. But there are problems:

    1. For some channels I get the 'No stellite signal being received' message i.e. E4, Paramount Comedy 1 (however E4+1 and Paramount Comedy +1 are ok!)

    2. For some channels I get a lot of digital interference, the sound gets disrupted and the picture sometimes freezes

    3. For some channels everything is ok

Has anybody got any idea what might be wrong, could it be a problem with the alignment of the dish?

    Cheers

Sounds like poor signal issues to me.

Make sure that the dish is in good condition and has a clean line of sight to the sky. Check your connections, and the cables, re cable if needed.

could be out of alignment, I would check the signal level in the set to box menu if that looks ok. i would look at the skew of the LNB or an LNB problem
