    Folks,

Are there any companies in the country that supply laptops with linux (I'm not picky on flavour) pre installed? I need a new laptop but have no desire to pay for Vista. I have managed to Google a few abroad but hopefully there might even be in or around Dublin? Is that just wishful thinking?

I don't know if Dell are doing them yet, but your best bet is to buy a laptop and under the licensing rules, you can return Vista and get a refund.

Have a look over in the Linux forum - I'm pretty sure a few people in Ireland have successfully done this.
