Dont know if this would be the right forum but anyways.

For the last week Ive been limping around because my foot has been in pain. It is like a heavy impact pain on my heel. Im unaware as to how it happened. Anyone know how long this sort of injusry takes to heal as Ive been told it takes a good long while, plus the fact the Im constantly on my feet in work doesnt help the situation.
