Hi, I am too obese, and I have a prety back pain in my lower left back. I need it gone fast, and I do not know how. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

See a doctor to find out if it's anything serious. Most likely it's caused by the excess weight.
Most of all, lose weight. Eat less, exercise more. It really is that simple.

Could be something to do with your kidney/any organ so you could need an antibiotic/specialised treatment. I think you know you need to go to a GP, no one here's gonna know what a lower back pain means.

I know you have low self esteem but a doctor's trained to deal with that. I've never met a doctor who was difficult to talk to.

go to the doctor mate. any sort of pains and stuff that don't go away need to be checked out medically.

No disrespect but this forum isn't for people to pitch up looking for diagnoses or treatments to whatever ills they have. The forum
