    hey, just got my fees thing today and it said that not all people have to pay the tuition fees. now im going to read the thing again tomorow but if ive lived in ireland all my life, just did the lc and going into my first year, for the first time, in a course thats 4 years long, will i have to pay, or is there more to it?

    Had a long reply written but it was eaten - so the answer is no. The Reg Fee (+ sports hall levy + USI levy) are different beasts however. Contact the education officer in the SU for more information.
