As title suggests you now see cards when you go all in immediately in cash games rather than after showdown. Im sure tilt will be up 10 fold for those who get in ahead and get outdrawn. Have to say im glad

    Just like tribeca now.

I thought in cash was you didnt have to show your hand unless you wanted to claim the pot?

Or can someone clarify the rule for showdowns?

It also appears that the turn and river cards are delayed to add to the excitement or maybe its just Lagging?

I still have to click on history to see losing cards.

Not really, as if they got out-drawn the winning hand would of always been shown.

I think it's only on some tables or maybe sometimes, it happened to me once or twice earlier.

Yeah but tilt hits harder when you know your ahead and someone hits a 2 outer on the spot rather than you see the chips going the other direction and then check the HH and see. Its like watching your favourite team lose or hearing about it afterwards, still hurts but not as much as seeing it unfold in front of you

You still don't get my point.
If they beat you, outdrawn or otherwise, you dont have to check the HH.
You will see it at the table.

But i agree, if you see AA vrs KK preflop, you know you are avoiding a K, rather than seeing the showdown

On Noble its happened everytime ive got all in which is about 5 times if you include a couple of shortie all ins. I didnt notice if it happens when someone else gets all in, ill keep an eye. Maybe they have to do the "table maintenance thing" for each table and its been introduced on a table by table basis

edit...Yeah its also showing other peoples all ins

btw I don't think this is really a good thing, dataminers will know more about your hands and you don't know any more about your opponents' hands. Unless you datamine a lot, then it might be good for you too.

Yeah i was just about to post this, it happened on every all in ive seen, playing 3 tables for 2 hours so it must be on all of them.

Dunno if i prefer it or not...

I datamine 24hours but i wont really get any more info stat wise unless i single out a villain and go through hes hand histories manually and see what hands he shows down and put it in my notes (which can only hold 4 decent notes on ipoker anyway) maybe when holdem manager comes out it will be extra help for miners that can do complicated queries to see what he shows down when he pushes on a flush board for example. With PAHUD you cant see anything about showdown cards just that stats or did you mean something else?

Edit/// now that i think of it this could be an advantage for higher stakes tables where theres very few players, for example i heard you mention in another thread there usually only 5 tables available at any 1 time playing Omaha at your level, having detailed notes of their showdown details may well be very useful, for the likes of 100nl down it wouldnt be worth the effort to use mined HH to find leaks in players because of the amount of fish though

The first hand where I noticed that you could see their whole cards once they go all in. It was this one, see attached file.

My emotions preflop:I have AA - I should probably fold, its my 4th one this session and I won the other 3 so on the law of averages I will lose this one or the next one, so its 50/50 wether I will win this one or not;)

When UTG + 1 moves all in - I quickly change to thinking well now how do I get the big stack to go into this pot with me, should I call or raise. I decide I will call.
A millisecond later - UTG moves all in, I call just as quick:cool:
Flop - I see KK as expected and then 1 of my Aces in the donks hand
K on the flop and now I know I'm ****ed and think why didn't I go with my instinct and just fold them preflop:p
    Turn - I jump for Joy when I see I have hit a 1 outer:D :D:D
River - The sick mother f**ker hit his 1 outer and I just cry:mad:

And this was my first session at 50NL after having moved down from 100NL

all hands are 50/50... you either win them or loose them  I don't bother with them pot odds things....

    what a horrible hand...

This new system is not good for the blood pressure!!! They have also slowed down the cards to add to the drama of it all!!!
