    Looking for suggestions on what you think makes a great pub? Is it the live music, atmosphere, or a good pint? Also, suggestions to great pubs like An Poc Fada, Monaghan are welcome.

    I'd be pretty interested in this myself because of my site http://www.ratemypub.ie we rate pubs on atmosphere, pint quality, talent and hospitality. Would love to hear what people think of it or am I missing out on something? Was thinking price but that's very dependant on location.

    Agree totally! Also, like REAL old memorobilia behind the bar, not fake stuff, and snugs. Snugs are good. Oh and friendly old barmen are good too..
