Transformers - €15.49 [Pre-order @ Play.com]

Following on Play's recent tradition of £9.99 on blockbusters ('Spiderman 3', 'Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest'), they now have Transformers available for the same price.

Not released until December 3rd and no details on whether it'll be single disc, double disc etc.

Still an excellent price for the best blockbuster of the Summer!

Off topic - but is anyone else having problem with play.com?

Any order I place, just seems to sit there with "Order Placed" after it?

It won't been to ship and its not on the playtrade products or a problem with payment?

Its happening on 4 orders now??

Anyone else?

(Also - anyone know how to contact play as the helpdesk function is dreadful and I can't get anywhere with it)

Are you sure that the items you have ordered are actually in stock, and not temporarily out of stock?
that's the only time that my orders would stay at the "order taken" stage

I can't seem to track down the email address I used for my last query, and the helpdesk layout seems to have changed for the worse since then:o

Yeah, I thought it was that they weren't in stock either, so I cancelled, checked (they are in stock), re-ordered......and then it has happened again.

Ive been a customer of theirs for about 3-4 years or so and have a clean track history with them as I have bought quite a few things, but this is puzzling.

Its a pain, that I can't contact someone just to ask whats wrong?
