My alarm shows the message number 22 followed by the message "call engineer" - does anyone know what message number 22 means and how do you "fix it"?

    Thanks,

Call engineer refers to a fdault on the sounders bus.
either the internal, external bell or a smoke detector is disconnected,
A short circut on this line would also show the same fault.

Yours is probobly call engineer 77 if it still works ok..

How does that make it a crap system????

code 22 means fault on the system. a sounder, smoke detector or relay card has been disconnected. display cleared by removing fault
