Media Centre/Show Centre Software

Hello,

I have a Pinnacle Showcentre:

The software that comes with it is great interface wise, however I have had to sure Buffalo software, as the bundled sortware is too complex to run on my aging P333.

Anyway, the Buffalo software is pretty limited, does any one have any other suggestions of software that doesn't hog resources?

Try the Twonky server it is commercial but a demo is available.

I could NEVER give up my little P333, it's a beast and works grand for the majority of what it does, downloading/file server. I think it's more a Windows 2000 issue that's messing up the bundled software.

I'll have a look at the Twonky Server.

Does the P333's motherboard allow overclocking of any kind?

I doubt it... As I say though, I think it's a win 2K compatiblity issue. I'm very busy in work this week, so I'll try have a play next time I'm free.
