Considering getting the phonewatch in. Presuming, I will have to have a technician come out, well so they say anyway. What exactly do they look at? I am considering re-wiring phone lines throughout the house, wiring is pretty bad. There was a junction box mentioned before here, it had different outputs for broadband etc,…

You'll get that off any visiting technician. I don't know where you could get the special NTU directly.
