The Neteller Prepaid card

I know this isn't strictly poker related but given that the majority of players here would use Neteller then I'm sure that some may have applied for this card and can give me some advice.

I applied for the card several months a go and received it in the post last week, but have yet to receive my pin number. Neteller says that my application is still "processing" and I cannot get ahold of any of their support staff to ask about it. I was just wondering how long it takes to get the pin number?

i presume this is their new mastercard. I received my pin about 3 or 4 days after the card. U then have to register it at altair (details come with the pin).
Its not as good as their old1 as it takes about 5 days for money to be transferd from neteller to the card.

Really? It used to be very easy to get on to Neteller support. I hope this hasn't changed, they don't need more hassle after the whole US debacle.

Well for about 1 hour today, I got a message saying that their support staff were busy and that a representative would be with me soon. A representative never came .

try at a different time of day, I got through to them very quickly recently, I'm still waiting for my account to be unlocked though.
