42 inch lg in dunnes 999.bargain?

    i saw about 5 of these left this morning in dunnes tallaght not hd but lg is a pretty reliable brand.
    any one know thew specs?

    You sure it's "not HD" ?

    Seems like a strange product if it doesnt at least support 720p

    Heads up, if it doesnt than it is an awful deal.

    I'm pretty sure they're 768 line, and are "HD Ready"

    Dunnes also had the 50" LG Plasma for €1499 IIRC. Was tempted, but 1080p is a must for a set this size I reckon (the one in dunnes is 768 line also so 720p or 1080i compatible)

    Dunnes in Pavilions Swords has a Philip Plazma 42" for €999:eek: same one is €1149 in harvey norman/powercity
