Hi I have a list of numbers in a column (eg A1 to A20) - is there a way to reverse the data (ie) put the number that is in A20 into A1, A19 into A2 etc......A1 into A20? Cheers

Select the data, Data Menu, Sort.

That will re-arrange it for you.
