    Yeah, I like that move...

    Any move that gives you a "get out of jail" with effort card is worth it. Especially from a shoot. I find a lot of sparring time is wasted by guys looking at each others legs waiting for the "right" time to shoot. Which never arrives. SO they never get good a double legs.

    If you train sudo firemans, switches, duck unders, and singles from the knees you gain the confidence to do alot more shoots, which gives you more time in sparing and more confidence in the shoot... basically all your escape tactics make you better at shooting and therefore less likely to even need them!
