Thinking of doing the part-time degree in the above. Anyone here done either the FT/PT course there?

I did that course last year. Im glad that I did it only for to get it out of my system. I would advise doing a degree course in Journalism, thats what the lectures told us anyway. Of course they do say if you are a good writer and full of ideas well then more power to ya, but for me I required more encouragement than I got. Boring sometimes in class especiallywhen the Feature Writer lecturer reads from a book for an hour and a half. Nevertheless the lectures are very good its just too short of a course to get involved in Journalism.
