I seen this case with all his stuff in it at midland, looks very well. Hope there is enough room for all that w/c gear. Would be pretty sweet if you mounted the rad in the front of the case. But then, where do all your hdd's go ?

That's exactly what I did when filling the last time, no power to the mobo so all was good, luckily.

right so me and nibble got this thing put together today was great fun but worrying at times ,

for a starter the sata headers came straight off the board which nearly made me **** my pants , we got those back on ok tho...pheewww

then we had it all assembled ready to turn on when...nuthin....pump was going everything lighting up...so what the hell is the matter??!?!?!/ we tryed turning it on and off a half dozen times when i said we'll remove the ram...

what the hell on of the white holders had fallen off the ram slot and one of my rams were hanging loose?!??!/1 arghHH!H!H!H!?!?! ****ign ****ty board i said and we switched it to the other 2 slots blue and blue...when what the hell happens one of the blue ram holders falls off ! omg i nearly kicked the bloody thing.... but after 20 mins of removing my gfx and such we got the ram back into dual channel mode ...pheww....soo in the end everything worked out well hope you like it , it was over all enjoyable but bloody nerve recking :D enclosed are pics !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,227 ✭✭✭awhir

I wouldn't really put a lot of faith in batch as an indicator of how a chip will clock. Try dropping the multi and finding your max FSB if you haven't already, and run ram 1:1 at stock timings so you can take that out of the equation.
