    Hi all,
I don’t know if this is the right place to post, I could not find a better category.
I got a business plan. I just need a bit of direction. I live in Spain and see that lot of people want to learn English. Now, my bothers got a adventure school tour and summer camp business in Co.Meath (this year they employed 17 people and had over 5000 national school students during June and July, it is very successful) I was thinking it would be very possible to add a language school aspect to it(we have space) and advertise it here in Murcia, i´m sure it would work by personally visiting schools and having a strong webpage. What do you think? How would you go about it? Who should I talk to? What should I know about doing business between the two countries? I intent to register the business in Ireland separate from that of my brothers in Ireland, how do I go about this? Could I get an EU grant for a start up business?
As you can see it´s just an idea as yet but I think it got legs. The first thing I need to do is write a business plan, right?
Any thought, advise or criticism very welcome
    Penny

    Hi there

I do some business in Spain with my web design and internet marketing gig...I find there to be no real problems. Our business is registered in the UK, and so far we have found a very positive reaction to us doing work over there.

I deffo agree with the business plan thing..you gotta have one. Most businesses that fail, do so because they were not thought through fully.

    Good Luck!
