I have been listening to and reading Tips from the Top Floor for a while now and its pretty good, But can anyone recommend some other good sites? Im mostly interested in Framing / Composition Tips. Thanks :)

Reading the forums on Fredmiranda.com is usually quite beneficial.

Would highly reccommend Strobist.com for flash technique.
