    is this guitar any good http://www.thomann.de/ie/fender_cd100_na.htm its about all i could afford to spend on a guitar ,does any1 have any suggestions or comments on wheter to buy it or another guitar for that price or under?Would appreciate any help as i dont know what to look for in a guitar when purchasing thank you.

    They are ok, the Yamaha ones around that price are good also

    If you're going to spend 155 plus shipping, why not spend a few more bob and go for the solid top. You could get a decent solid top for around the €160 - €180 mark. Just thinking that you say that its all you can afford, but its still a fair amount of money, so get the most out of it that you can.
