Is it possible to receive this channel on Turksat in Skerries, North Dublin?
I got the satellite but not this channel.
They show live Premiership matches FTA.

Or any other channels that show Premiership.

FOX Turkey is on the East beam according to Lyngsat. Not a hope in that case.

You should be able to get in on 33E. The one mossy is referring to is the on on the East beam on 42E.

Did you see any Premiership matches on Fox Tv over the weekend? They showed four I think: Man Utd's, Birmingham's, Arsenal's and Chelsea's matches.

I'll check out whether I can get it with my 80cm.

    Thanks guys

EDIT: I was just lookinig on Lyngsat and KingofSat for Fox TV Turkey on Eurobird 3. It doesn't list it I'm afraid, only Fox Turk which is actually a different channel that shows bad Comedy programmes. But when I looked at the liveonsat website which shows what channels have the football matches, it lists Fox TV Turkey as being on Eurobird 3 as well as Turksat.

A possible mistake from liveonsat, presuming the 2 channels were the same?

I think it might be a mistake on Liveonsat's behalf.

There are two Fox's on Turksat - Fox Turk, and Fox Turkiye. Only Fox Turk is on Eurobird 3, as you've said.

However, the frequency that Liveonsat mention for football on Turksat is 12002H, which is actually Fox Turkiye, not Fox Turk.

FOX Turk is on the West beam on 42° East so should be viewable, no football but viewable.

Is it possible to receive the SportsMax channel on Intelsat 805 at 55.5°W in Ireland? I was looking at a few coverage maps on Lyngsat, but not sure how to read them.

    http://www.lyngsat.com/intel805.html

Maybe I would need a massive dish or something. Is this the case?

They also have FTA Premiership matches as well as several other sports.

    Thanks for any help.

Sportsmax is currently encrypted in PowerVu.

Too far over the horizon from Ireland. Bloody earth being curved and all that. Not possible to even get a scrambled picture.

There's easier ways to get Premiership.

Pal, care to elaborate? currently trying to decide what satellite to get, ie "to Sky or not to Sky"

Love to get the sports but without having to pay sky for them....

No problem with the horizon until you hit ~82W.
