Watching UFC 75

Going by 75.ufc.com it looks like this isn't a pay per view sort of thing, but that it'll just be on Setanta. That would be amazing, I've wanted an excuse to subscribe to Setanta anyway. Does anyone know better than me (not hard) what the story with this is? I'll probably ring them on Monday anyway, and post whatever I find out.

According to Setanta's site at http://www.setanta.com/ufc/, it'll be on Setanta Sports 1. You would need to subscribe to Setanta to get that, although I've noticed in the past that on ntl you can sometimes watch it without being subscribed, but you get a pink box covering some of the screen saying you haven't subscribed

Another reason to resubscribe to Setanta sports. I need to re-up to see the RWC matches and the MLB playoffs.

Amazing stuff. Setanta's only €15/month on NTL apparently, and am I right in saying you can just pay for a month, you don't have to subscribe for a year or anything?

It's cool that setanta are showing it. I'll be watching it in The O2 myself of course!

    Getting Setanta was dead handy.
Rang 1890 940 624, told them what I wanted, gave them my account number and that was it. Had the channels in like two hours. 75 better be on Setanta 1 now haha. UFC Unleashed on Setanta 2 tonight at 10 if I remember right. According to the NTL guide its a bunch of TUF fights.

Sweet, another step towards me not paying for stuff, or waiting for stuff. I like.

On another note, I fancy Henderson to do the business.

75.ufc.com is also a cool site. Check it out. A good past match ups wheel to see some of the previous bouts.

I agree, by ko in the 4th.

Its a tough one to call. I can see Rampage getting the better of him on the feet. If Hendo wins I see it being by TKO in the 3rd or the 4th.

I was watching the Countdown last night on Bravo. Hendo and Page both look sharp as hell and are both well aware as to what a win here could do.

I still fancy Hendo for the win though.

Kongo looks sharp as hell as well actually, but Cro Cop is back based on his interview.

Cro Cop by LHK in the first.

Actually, if the countdown is on again people should keep an eye out for the clip of CroCop training elbows on the ground. It shows him work defense but wait for the clip of him working his own GnP game.

    Awesome.

I have NTL with 2 'setanta ireland' channels and 'setanta sports 1/2' can I order UFC:75 with this package?

Someone told me you can only order it if you have 'Setanta PPV' channel on a Sky package.

    Anyone?

    Its on Setanta 1. Freeview

One you have Setanta 1 already...

Hendo is the sensible option I guess, tough as ****, very smart but I think Rampage will win, because I want him to hahaha. It'd be crazy for him to finally win that belt, it'd mean a lot. It'd be huge for Hendo, or anyone, to have those three belts at the same time in two weights. He'd HAVE to fight Anderson.

I think CroCop has Kongo's number. I think it was a very smart move to put them together to build Mirko's name. Kongo's solid, there should be fireworks in that fight but you can't imagine Mirko losing it because he made his name on destroying more conventional kickboxers.

And yeah, Roper, the new event sites are amazing. The one for 74 was pretty good too, had ground and striking highlights of Randy, GSP, Gonzaga and Koscheck. I think/hope it was the beginning of a new trend.

Went to see it live at the O2 in London. Good show, well recommended.

Hammil was robbed btw. Bisping looked really nervous, and was very too arrogant before and after the fight.

Is this on any of "those sites" at all?
